32 teams participated in the Third Annual Annual Mike "Muzzy" Garwood Memorial Golf Tournament, held Saturday, July 24 at Skyview Golf Course in Alliance.
Proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Alliance Public Schools Booster Club for scholarships and weight room upgrades.
The event is held annually in memory of Mike Garwood, who passed away in 2007. Before his passing, Mike served as the General Manager for KCOW Radio in Alliance. He will be inducted into the Nebraska Broadcasters Hall of Fame on August 11.
