Squadron #7 of the Sons of the American Legion will meet at 7 pm on Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at the American Legion Club on West Third Street.
The purpose of the meeting is to recognize the squadron, familiarize the organization with new members, and to nominate and elect new officers.
The Sons of the American Legion was created in 1932 as an organization within the American Legion.
The S.A.L. is made up of boys and men of all ages whose parents or grandparents served in the United States military and became eligible for membership in the American Leigon.
All members are uged to attend this important meeting. Members are also reminded that 2008 S.A.L. dues of $20 are now due and can be submitted to Jim Todd at Todd's Body and Frame Shop at 620 Flack Avenue in Alliance.
