William Dennis Kinser, Sr., 63, of Alliance, passed away peacefully Saturday, August 28, 2010 in his home surrounded by his loving family members.
William was born in Hot Springs, South Dakota on June 13, 1947 to Morris and Echo (Lutes) Kinser.
He worked for the BNSF Railroad for 25 years until ill health forced his retirement. Although William battled cancer for the last two years he never lost his sense of humor. He loved to go fishing, gambling and garage sailing with his family and friends. He will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his wife, Connie of 23 years, his son Billy of Scottsbluff, his daughter, Terri and husband David White of Pasco, WA, his step-children, Robert and wife Pam Weber of Boulder, MT and Christine and husband Bud Beck of Thornton, CO. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Zach Anderson, Kaisha White, Tyler White, Daphne Weber, Kylee Beck, Breanna Beck, Brittany Schmidt, Kacy White, Miranda White, Andy Giulio, Stephanie Giulio and Kirby Giulio and 7 great-grandchildren. His brothers and sisters, Beverly Olson of Casper, WY, Derald Kinser of Alliance, Ivan Kinser of Pueblo, CO, Dan and wife Ann Kinser of Alliance, Carol and husband Bill Fraedrich of Alliance and Diane Eggleston of Rapid City, SD also survive him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Michael, his daughter Kimberly and his brother Bob.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, September 1 at 10:30 a.m. at the Alliance Cemetery with Reverend Ron Nuss-Warren officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 1-8 p.m. at the funeral Home.
The family prefers memorials to the family or Prairie Haven Hospice.
