Gretna downed Alliance, 58-39, Friday afternoon in the semifinals of the Class B state tournament at the Devaney Center in Lincoln.
Alliance trailed at halftime, 24-20, but was outscored 20-8 in the third quarter and trailed, 44-28, entering the final stanza.
With the loss, Alliance drops to 19-5 on the year and will meet Omaha Skutt (19-5) for third place Saturday morning at 10 o'clock Lincoln time at Lincoln High School. Skutt lost to Seward, 66-46.
The Bulldogs' Jordan Hooper led all scorers with 24 points.
