-- The repair of street cracks and street patching will begin on Monday, August 30 and end on Friday, September 3 for the following streets:

Agate Street
Lakefield Drive South
Toedtli Drive

20th Street
24th Street from Box Butte to Sweetwater Avenue
Peterson Court
1600 block of Colorado Avenue
Hammond Lane
Grove Avenue
6th Street - Cody to Buffalo Avenue
6th Street - Buffalo Avenue to Ramblin Road
During the construction process, the City of Alliance would like to ask residents to please remove all vehicles, campers and boats from the streets.
-- The removal and replacement of the driving lanes on Laramie Avenue between 12th and 14th streets will begin on Saturday, August 28th. The anticipated completion of the project is Friday, September 17th. The street will be closed to thru traffic during the construction. For additional information regarding the project, please call Eric Lenz at 762-1907.
-- September is Library Card Sign-Up Month and the Alliance Public Library would like to encourage you to sign your children up for their own library card. For more information on how to sign up for a library card, please call the library at 762-1387.
-- Surface renovation is currently taking place on the tennis courts located at 16th and Box Butte Avenue. Please do not enter the tennis court area during the construction process.
